Need to Make a Return?

We accept returns for most items within 10 days of delivery! If you’re returning a damaged item that was delivered by our professional delivery staff, your return must be initiated within 10 days of the date of delivery.

Returns for Damaged/Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a product in damaged condition, please initiate the return process promptly. For damages, our return policy requires you to initiate your return request within 10 days of delivery for standard delivery items. For all other issues, such as defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please initiate your return within 15 days of delivery. You will also be required to submit photos of the damaged product and return it in its original packaging. If the product arrives disassembled, it must also be returned disassembled.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, you can email our support team directly. Please follow these steps:

  2. Include Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt as proof of purchase.

  3. Provide Return Details: In the email body, include:

    • Your full name and contact information (email and phone number).
    • Order number and purchase date.
    • Product name and description.
    • Reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item received).
  4. Attach Evidence: Attach clear photos of the product showing its condition, packaging, and any damage or defect (if applicable).

  5. Await Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional steps required.

We aim to process return requests promptly and appreciate your cooperation in providing complete details.

Refund Details & Timing

Refunds will be issued for the price of the product and applicable sales tax. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Balolia Lifestyle receives, inspects, and processes the returned item. Once the refund is processed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to post to your account. If we are unable to refund the original method of payment, Balolia Lifestyle will provide you with a credit to the store credit for the amount of the refund due to you, which may only be used for purchases on the Balolia Lifestyle.
